Configured integration guide

Keep Icertis as the system of record. Add governed vendor negotiation.

DataHalt can be scoped as the vendor negotiation layer beside Icertis, with a customer-defined record, version, lifecycle and evidence exchange path.

Configured exchange

Keep the system of record. Add the governed vendor round.

Every production deployment is scoped to the customer’s provider tenant, approved fields, authority policy, reconciliation rules and recovery owner.

01 · RECEIVE

Define the Icertis handoff scope

Agree the customer’s provider record, current version, metadata and lifecycle context that may enter the governed negotiation workflow.

02 · GOVERN

Evaluate and progress under authority

Run vendor rounds against the customer-approved playbook, evidence conditions, authority policy and package controls.

03 · RETURN

Reconcile the return package

Return the negotiated package through the agreed Icertis adapter, mapping and recovery workflow once the customer has validated it.

Production validation

What the customer validates before treating the connection as live.

DataHalt does not imply live, bidirectional provider synchronisation from a logo alone.

Provider access and customer tenant permissions.
Record, metadata, version and lifecycle-state mappings.
Conflict handling, retry logic and idempotent recovery behaviour.
Customer sign-off of the import, reconciliation and return workflow.

Scope the integration around the workflow your team already trusts.

Begin with one contract type, mailbox or provider connection and validate the operating path before expanding it.
