These terms apply to the public DataHalt website, including product demonstrations, articles and other publicly available material. They do not replace a customer order form, master services agreement, data processing agreement or other signed agreement governing use of the DataHalt service.
If you use DataHalt as a customer or authorised user, the agreement between DataHalt and your organisation controls in the event of any conflict with these website terms.
Illustrative content and no legal advice
Product demonstrations, example clauses, playbook examples, industry material and other website content are illustrative. They are not legal advice, regulatory advice or a recommendation for a particular contract or negotiation.
Customers remain responsible for defining their own approved playbooks, authority limits, contract scope and review process, and for obtaining advice appropriate to their circumstances.
Permitted use
- Use the website lawfully and only for legitimate evaluation, information and business purposes.
- Do not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code or use automated means to extract material at a scale that disrupts the service.
- Do not represent that you are affiliated with DataHalt or use DataHalt marks in a way that suggests endorsement without written permission.
Intellectual property and third-party services
The website, product demonstrations, branding and content are owned by or licensed to DataHalt and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms grant no ownership interest in them.
The website may link to third-party services, including scheduling or integration providers. Their services and privacy practices are governed by their own terms and policies.
Availability and changes
We may change, suspend or withdraw website content at any time. We aim to keep material accurate and available, but do not guarantee that every page, demonstration or link will always be complete, current or uninterrupted.
